How to earn cash back?
Prizeout collaborates with brands to offer cash back on all of your purchases. Imagine spending $100 and receiving an extra $25 in cash! Keep an eye out for items marked with green and blue tags.
How can I use my cash back?
You can utilize your cash back to buy additional gift cards through Cashback+, or transfer the cash back balance back to your bank account.
Why have I not received my cash back yet?
Cash back is added to your balance once your gift card purchase is confirmed If your purchase is pending, your cash back will be credited upon approval.
Where can I track my cash back?
Monitor your cash back balance in the Cashback+ section of your online banking. You can either click on your cash back balance at the top or access it through the menu in the upper right corner by clicking "My Cashback."
Which account can I transfer my cash back balance into?
Cashback+ allows you to transfer funds into any eligible account with your financial institution. The options may vary, so we recommend checking during the transfer process.
What if I did not receive my cash back?

Can I use a portion of my cash back to pay for a gift card?
Currently, your cash back balance must cover the full value of your purchase to redeem it for additional gift cards.
How long does it take to transfer cash back to my account?
The transfer of cash back to your bank account may take up to 24 hours.
Does my cash back expire?
No, your earned cash back never expires.
Are there any fees when I transfer my cash back?
No, there are no fees associated with utilizing your cash back.
Can I cancel my Gift Card and get a refund?
Once a Gift Card is redeemed and Prizeout has sent you an email to claim it, we are unable to cancel the Gift Card order and refund your account or exchange it for another Gift Card.
